What's broken on your site,
before a customer finds it.

In 48 to 72 hours we run your site or store end to end, on real devices, and hand you the list of defects ranked by what each one is costing you.

  • 48–72 hwritten report
  • Just the URLno access to your systems
  • Fixed scopequoted before we start
  • Retestincluded after your fixes

The six places a sale gets lost.

This isn't an opinion about your design. We walk what your customer walks, on the devices your customer uses, and write down everything that doesn't work.

Checkout and payment

Cart, shipping, coupons, payment methods and the confirmation email. The most expensive thing to have broken.

Forms and where they land

We actually submit them and verify the message arrives, lands where it should and doesn't vanish silently.

Critical journeys

Search, filters, bookings, sign-up, login and password recovery, end to end rather than screen by screen.

Real devices

Android and iPhone, small and large screens. The bugs that only show on some phones are the ones nobody reports.

Speed and blockers

How long key pages take, what makes them heavy, and what blocks a tap on mobile.

Errors and dead ends

Broken links, console errors, empty states, 404s and every dead end where a visitor simply leaves.

Ranked by what it costs you, not by how hard it is to fix.

Every finding comes with a screenshot, the device it appeared on and the steps to reproduce it. Your developer can fix it without asking us anything.

  1. Prioritised defect listRanked by commercial impact: what blocks a sale first, cosmetic last.
  2. Evidence for each oneScreenshot, device, browser and exact reproduction steps.
  3. Suggested fixWhat we would do, so whoever fixes it doesn't start from scratch.
  4. Retest includedWhen your team says it's fixed, we walk the same paths again and confirm.

What it does not include

Fixed scope only helps if it also says what's out. This is out; if you need it, we quote it separately.

  • Fixing the defects we find
  • Security auditing or penetration testing
  • Load and stress testing with simulated traffic
  • Legal review of copy, cookies or consent
  • Certified WCAG accessibility auditing
  • Redesign, aesthetic opinions or brand suggestions
  • Internal systems with no public interface

What happens next

Finding the problems is half the job. This is the other half.

  1. You get the reportEvery finding prioritised, with evidence and reproduction steps.
  2. Whoever you choose fixes itYour team, your current vendor, or us. It's written so anyone can execute it.
  3. We retest at no costWhen you say it's fixed, we walk the same paths and confirm what's resolved and what isn't.
  4. You decide on monitoringIf you ship often, Managed Operations walks the critical paths every time, before your customers do.

Common questions

Do you need access to my systems?

No. We test from the outside, the way any customer would. If you want the logged-in area covered, a test user is enough.

Do you fix the defects too?

QA Express finds and documents them. The fix is quoted separately, and you can do it with your own team or vendor.

Does it work if my site isn't live yet?

Yes, and it's the best moment. Send us the staging URL: finding it before launch costs a fraction of finding it after.

How much does it cost?

Quoted by the size of the site and how many journeys matter. You get the scope, the deliverable and the fixed price in writing before we start, and it doesn't move.

How do you test?

We combine real user journeys, technical verification and testing on real devices, according to the agreed scope.

Can you keep testing every month?

Yes — that's monitoring. Every time you ship, we walk the critical paths before your customers do.

Send us the URL. We'll send back the list.
