Trascend Sprint.
One problem in your operation, solved with fixed scope and price.

We solve one concrete problem with automation or AI, on the tools you already use: one priority, acceptance criteria agreed before we start, and a result you can verify. It's not a bucket of hours.

Written proposal, valid for 15 days

What you buy is the result.

The technology — an automation, an integration between your tools or an AI agent with a specific job — is chosen after we understand the problem. Integrations and agents aren't sold separately anymore: they're part of the Sprint when the problem needs them.

Fixed scope

One process, in writing: what gets automated, what stays manual and the timeline.

Fixed price

A proposal valid for 15 days, no surprise hours. If the process isn't worth automating end to end, we say so before quoting.

Acceptance criteria

How we'll know it works — what has to happen, at what volume and how fast — agreed before we build.

Verifiable result

Tested against real cases, including the ones that fail, and measured against how things worked before.

The Sprint most companies start with.

Handling, logging and following up on enquiries. A company losing enquiries because it replies late gets the problem right away, and it's a loop that can be demonstrated, quoted and measured.

  1. Incoming enquiry

Through WhatsApp, the website form, email or social media.

  2. Logged in the CRM

With name, channel and what they asked. Nobody types it.

  3. Classification

What it is, how urgent, and who owns it. AI only where it helps.

  4. Owner alerted

Right away, on the channel they already use.

  5. Reminder

If nobody replied, the system nudges again.

We see it every day in real estate and short-term rentals, car dealers, e-commerce, gyms, clubs and coaches: enquiries arriving on several channels and opportunities going cold because nobody wrote back. See how we measure and test.

How a Trascend Sprint works

One specific process, with a tight scope agreed in writing before we start. One priority at a time.

If, during discovery, the process can't be fully automated, we tell you before quoting. Automating half a process and leaving the other half manual can make the operation worse.

When there are several processes or not enough information to quote, we do the guided audit together, free, on the same call. Only a large operation needs the in-depth audit, which is credited if you implement within 30 days.

Request a proposal

  1. DiscoveryHow it's done today, with which tools, what volume and which exceptions.
  2. Written proposalScope, timeline, price and acceptance criteria. Valid for 15 days.
  3. ImplementationOn your accounts and your tools, with minimum access.
  4. TestingAgainst real cases, including the ones that fail.
  5. Handover and measurementDocumented — what it does, how it's configured, how to switch it off — and measured against before.
  6. And then?If it's worth running and improving it, AI Partner. If not, it keeps running and it's yours.

Other Sprints that keep coming up

Seven shapes of the same problem: data a person moves by hand from one place to another, every day.

Enquiry → CRM

Enquiries arrive wherever they arrive and land in the CRM with their source, without anyone typing them.

Form → record

What gets submitted on your site is stored where it belongs, in the right format.

Enquiry → classification

Every enquiry sorted by topic, urgency or team before a human reads it.

Sale → document

Quote, delivery note or receipt generated from data that is already there.

Data → system

What is entered in one place shows up in the other. Once, no copy-paste.

Event → alert

When something that matters happens, the alert goes out on its own, to the right person.

Process → report

The report someone assembles by hand every month assembles itself, with the same numbers.

What we don't do

  • We don't replace your tools. If your CRM works, it stays. We automate around it.
  • We don't automate broken processes. A confusing process, automated, is just a faster confusing process.
  • We don't promise "100% automatic". There's almost always a part a person should decide, and we say so upfront.
  • We don't leave high-risk decisions to an automation or build on fragile integrations: if the case requires it, we explain the limits or say no.
  • We don't promise instant after-hours support. Monitoring is automatic; support runs Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 Uruguay time (how it works).

Request a Sprint proposal.

Tell us about the process and we'll get back within 24 business hours with any open questions or a 30 to 45 minute call to close the scope. The proposal comes in writing, with scope, timeline, price and acceptance criteria.

  • No commitment: if it isn't worth automating, we'll tell you
  • Proposal valid for 15 days
  • Ignacio, who builds it, replies personally

Not sure yet what's worth automating?

On a 30 to 45 minute call we look at where your team's repetitive hours go and where we would start.
