What Trascend is

In plain terms: we're an AI Operations Partner. We don't sell AI agent development: we bring AI agents into a company's operation, each with a specific job, and run them every month. It's a digital workforce that works on the tools the company already has.

That's why we don't compete with the "automation + AI + chatbots" agencies. They ship a build; we own a job that gets done every day, with rules, someone who signs off on what matters and a number that measures it.

We don't sell our own software to replace what you use. We connect chat to the spreadsheet, the spreadsheet to the CRM, the CRM to invoicing. And when a task repeats across client after client, we turn it into a product — that's Trascend Labs.

Where it came from
