AI agents that work inside your operation.
Run by us.

We don't deliver technology without a measurable operational goal. We bring AI agents into your operation, each with a specific job, and we own the outcome: what they do, under which rules, what they hand back and what happens when something breaks. It's your digital workforce, with an AI Operations Partner behind it.

What's included

Nine things that stop being your problem. Not all of them every month — whichever the operation needs at that point.

Continuous discovery

We don't look at the operation once. We keep looking as it changes.

Prioritisation

What to do now, and what not to do yet.

Automation

Repetitive work, shipped and running.

Integrations

Your systems passing data without anyone retyping it.

AI agents

Placed in a role in your operation, with a specific job, defined rules and limits.

QA

Every flow tested before your operation depends on it.

Monitoring

Alerts when something stops reporting, fails, or changes upstream.

Optimisation

What ships gets reviewed and tuned, not left running and forgotten.

Documentation

What each automation does, how it's configured and how to switch it off.

We provide support Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (Uruguay time); monitoring never stops. Hours, response times and what happens if the technical lead is away: continuity and support.

How it works

One loop, repeated. Step 7 is what separates this from a one-off project.

  1. Understand the processHow it's done today, by whom, and how much time it eats.
  2. Pick one priorityHighest return at lowest risk. One.
  3. BuildOn your tools and your accounts, with scope agreed in writing.
  4. TestAgainst real cases, including the ones that go wrong.
  5. MeasureTime before and after, errors avoided, enquiries handled.
  6. ImproveTuned against real usage, not against what we assumed.
  7. Move to the next oneAnd the loop starts again with the next priority.

Agents with a specific job, not AI everywhere.

AI earns its place when something has to be understood, classified when ambiguous, or written. For everything else — moving data, firing alerts, validating formats — a deterministic rule is cheaper, faster and doesn't fail in strange ways.

So we don't put a model in the middle of everything. We put it where it's needed, with rules around it defining what it can and cannot decide.

Where we use it

  • Handling enquiries with approved information
  • Classifying enquiries by topic, urgency or intent
  • Scoring opportunities on interest signals
  • Extracting data from unstructured text and documents
  • Drafting copy a person reviews before it goes out

Where we don't

  • Decisions with financial consequences, unreviewed
  • Calculations and rules that are already deterministic
  • Any process where a made-up answer is unacceptable

What it does not mean

We'd rather lose a meeting now than a relationship in month three.

  • Not agent development. We don't hand you an agent and leave: we bring it into your operation and run it.
  • Not unlimited development. There's a monthly capacity in hours, agreed in writing before we start.
  • Not AI everywhere. Where a simple rule is enough, we use a simple rule.
  • Not replacing people. We take repetitive work off the team you already have.
  • Not endless digital transformation. Every cycle ends in something running and measured.
  • Not buying hours. We don't sell time — we take on an operational outcome.

How it's contracted

One offer, not a catalogue of plans: we keep, measure and improve your automated processes under a monthly agreement. Most clients get here after a Trascend Sprint, with the first result already measured.

Agreed monthly capacity

The hours for improvements and support each month are agreed in writing before we start. Anything beyond that is quoted separately: there's no unlimited development.

Initial implementation

If getting started requires development, it's quoted separately. A monthly fee doesn't fund a large project, and it's clear what you pay for what.

6-month minimum term

A full cycle to measure real results.

The price depends on the monthly hours and on how many agents we run for you; you get it in writing in the proposal.

Founding Partners · 3 spots this round

A founder price locked for 6 months (12 with annual payment) for our first AI Partners, in return for feedback, a quick decision, anonymised results and a 6-month minimum term.

We bring on a few AI Partners at a time: senior hands-on execution, no juniors or middlemen. Why

A good fit if

Four or more of these and there is almost certainly automatable work.

Enquire about AI Partner

  • You get more enquiries than you can answer
  • A good part of the business runs through WhatsApp or chat
  • You use several tools that don't talk to each other
  • Someone copies information from one system to another
  • Follow-up depends on someone remembering
  • Reports get assembled by hand every month
  • Processes grew without anyone designing them

Does it make sense for your operation?

Half an hour is enough to find out. If it doesn't, we'll say so on the call.
