Make the tools you already pay for
work together.

Most companies don't need more software. They need the software they already have to stop working in isolation. That's an integration.

Part of a Trascend Sprint. Integrations are no longer sold separately: when the problem is solved by connecting your tools, that's the Sprint, with fixed scope, price and acceptance criteria. Request a proposal

What we connect

Categories, not logos. We'd rather not show a brand until we can back it with an implementation we actually did.

CRM

Every enquiry landing in the CRM with its source, without manual entry.

WhatsApp & chat

The channel where half the business already happens, connected to the rest.

Email

Inbound and outbound mail as part of the process, not alongside it.

Calendars

Bookings and schedules staying in sync on both sides.

Spreadsheets

Google Sheets and Excel as source or destination, without copy-paste.

Databases

Reading and writing against the database your system already uses.

E-commerce

Orders, stock and statuses moving between the store and the operation.

Invoicing

Documents issued from data that is already recorded.

Payments

Payment states triggering whatever has to happen next.

Analytics

Numbers reaching the report on their own, with the same definition every time.

How we describe it

Not all connections are equal, and the difference matters the day something changes upstream. So we distinguish three cases in every proposal:

  • Official integration. The vendor publishes a supported integration and we use it.
  • Public API. We connect through the vendor's documented API. It works and it's stable, but the vendor can change it.
  • Custom bridge. No API: solved with files, email or an intermediate step. We say so up front, because it's more fragile.

When a vendor changes something, monitoring catches it and we fix it. That's part of Managed Operations.
