Before we automate,
we measure where it pays off.

For most companies the audit is free: we do it together on the 45-minute call, with your real numbers, and you leave with your number-one priority. If your operation is large, there is the in-depth audit: a week of analysis and a written map, credited if you go ahead with the implementation.

  • Freethe guided audit
  • 45 minon the call, together
  • No formsnothing to fill in beforehand
  • In-depth: creditedif you implement within 30 days

Two formats. The first one is almost always enough.

The difference isn't quality: it's how much operation there is to look at.

45 minutes, together, with your numbers

We do it on the call itself. We arrive with a plan built from your industry and what you tell us: what to ask, what data to look at and in what order. You show us on screen how your team works; we measure.

  • For companies of up to 20 people.
  • You leave with your number-one priority and the number that measures it.
  • Within 24 business hours you get a one-page summary and the proposal.
  • Nothing to fill in before the call.

A week and a written map

For large operations —more than 20 people, several areas or several locations— where one call isn't enough to see everything that happens.

  • Sessions with the people who do the work, not only the people who decide.
  • Read-only access to measure real volumes.
  • An opportunity map with hours, priority and estimated cost for each item.
  • Fixed price before we start. Fully credited if you implement within 30 days.

Not a proposal. A measurement.

Most automation quotes start by guessing what you need. This one starts the other way round: by looking at how your team works today and putting a number on it. On the call or during the week of analysis, we look at the same things.

How enquiries come in, and who answers

Chat, social, forms, phone, email. Who picks them up, how long it takes, and what happens when that person is away.

What gets typed twice

Every place a piece of data moves from one screen to another. Usually the biggest and least visible block of time.

What depends on someone remembering

Follow-ups, reminders, renewals, monthly reports. Everything that works on a calm week and collapses on a busy one.

What you already pay for and don't use

Tools bought for a reason that no longer applies, subscriptions nobody opens, features already included in what you have.

A number and a priority.

After the guided audit, within 24 business hours, you receive:

  • A one-page summary: how many hours go, how many can be recovered and where to start.
  • The indicator we'll use to measure whether it worked, with today's value.
  • The proposal: scope, timeline and price fixed in writing, valid for 15 days.
  • If automation doesn't pay off yet, we tell you and propose nothing.

The in-depth audit also includes the full map: your process diagram as it runs today, the opportunity table with hours and estimated cost, and what we would not automate and why.

Three steps. One call.

  1. BookPick a time. We prepare the call with what you tell us and what is typical in your industry.
  2. 45-minute callYou show us on screen how your team works and we measure together.
  3. ResultOne-page summary and proposal within 24 business hours. You decide from there, with no push from us.

Large operation? The in-depth audit adds a week of read-only observation and delivers the written map, plus a 30-minute call to walk through it.

Common questions

Is it free?

The guided audit is: it's the 45-minute call and we ask nothing of you beforehand. The in-depth audit is paid because it's a week of work with a written deliverable, and it's fully credited if you implement with us within 30 days.

Which one do I need?

Almost always the guided one. The in-depth audit makes sense with more than 20 people, several areas or several locations, when one call isn't enough to see the operation. If that's your case, we'll tell you on the call.

Isn't it a sales call in disguise?

You leave with a number and a priority even if you don't hire us. And if automation doesn't pay off, we say so: some businesses are too small for automation to pay for itself, and hearing that clearly is worth more than a project that returns nothing.

How is the in-depth audit priced?

It depends on the size of the operation, how many processes we map and which tools we need to review. Before we start you get the scope, the deliverable and the fixed price in writing.

Do I have to hire the implementation afterwards?

No. The summary and the map are yours, written so another vendor or your own team can execute them.

Do I have to change tools?

Almost never. We work with what you already pay for. When we do suggest a change, we say what it costs and what it replaces.

Who sees my data?

On the guided audit, nobody: you share your screen and we ask for no access. On the in-depth audit, read-only access, only to what is needed, revoked the day we deliver the report. Details in security.

Start by knowing the number.

Book the call and we'll prepare your guided audit. If your operation is large, ask us about the in-depth one.
